We're creating something unique for you. Because each bespoke belt is hand-measured and tanned to your specific requirements, these orders are 100% non-refundable once the leather has been cut. Do we ask for perfection? Yes. That’s why we require double-confirmation on waist measurements before we start the press.
Have you double-checked your size? A belt made for your legacy should fit you perfectly on day one.
Good things take time, especially when we're restoring aged leather. Our standard artisan repair timeframe is 14 to 21 business days. However, for complex buckle welding or rare hide conditioning, this may extend. We'll always keep you updated via the email provided at drop-off.
